My Donor Cycle (MDC) works with egg donor agencies all over the US providing donor matches and coordination services. As a full service agency, MDC first provides a phone consultation to discuss your current situation, timeline and donor needs. Once complete, you can choose one of the options below.

SEARCH ONLY OPTION (No charge): MDC will search within current national databases to determine if there is a suitable donor available with an agency. All donor options will be provided with contract examples, explanations of differences within the contracts as well as the total cost (medical excluded) of each donor option. Once a donor is selected, a contract will be established and we can move your cycle forward. MDC will be your point of contact for the duration of the cycle. If the donor you select is with a different agency, that agency will pay MDC for coordination and match services. You will be responsible for the cost of the other agency’s fees but will pay nothing extra to have MDC handle your cycle.

MATCH & COORDINATON ($5,500): You may choose one of MDC’s listed donors (please request access to database) and MDC will coordinate all aspects of your cycle. This is often the most cost effective option as it includes recipient legal agreements.

COORDINATION ONLY FOR KNOWN OR FOUND DONOR ($2,500): If you have found your own donor through advertising or are working with a friend or family member, MDC can coordinate the cycle for you to protect your identity and investment.

POTENTIAL FEES CHARGED BY OTHER COMPANIES:

Match Fee: $4,500 – $8,000 (if you choose a donor with another agency presented by MDC) The cost will be the ACTUAL cost of the agency fee for the sister agency.

Legal Representation (contract between you and your donor):
Approx. $750 for the initial contract and your representation + an additional $400 (approx.) for your donor’s contract review (unless you choose a donor with MDC)

Cycle Insurance (covers you and your donor in case of catastrophic event during or after retrieval): Approx. $395 from New Life Agency

Genetic Screening: Provided by Amy Vance, MS, CGC of Bay Area Genetic Counseling $250

Travel Costs (if your donor is not local): $3,000 (these funds are paid to My Donor Cycle in the form of a check or cash and maintained on account for travel booking. Unused funds are returned with a strict accounting and reasonable receipts)

Psych Evaluation: Approx. $350 (this is not required if your donor is a repeat or if your clinic handles this piece of the screening)

Monitoring Charges: Approx. $2,000 (only applicable if your donor is not local and requires monitoring from a clinic other than the primary clinic)
