Lillian Frost

Program Director and Owner

Lilly Frost is the Founder and Program Director of My Donor Cycle. She started My Donor Cycle over ten years ago after being a donor herself. The experience was so rewarding, she wanted to share the experience with others as smoothly and ethically as possible. Her background is in accounting for technology companies in the small to medium range. Lilly pioneered the idea of inter-agency donor sharing and is a big proponent of inter-agency communication and support. Lilly was excited to work in the field of ethics with other agencies. Her goal with the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation in Surrogacy is to encourage self-regulation in the assisted reproduction industry and provide the best service to clients while honoring, respecting and valuing the donors and surrogates participating in our programs.

Lilly grew up in Portland, Oregon and graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Business. She now lives in San Diego with her three children (Juliette, Tegan and Thatcher) and husband Neal. My Donor Cycle is located in San Diego, California.

Noelle Wilcher

Cycle Coordinator

Noelle Wilcher has been working with My Donor Cycle since 2018. As our newest team member her knowledge is growing quickly and she is always eager to learn and dedicated to finding answers to any questions she may not already have the answers to. Her experiences witnessing the process made her passionate to be involved in helping families grow. With a MBA in International Business she has a passion for international travel and respect for other cultures and their practices. She loves reading and researching top fertility treatments across the globe. As a former NCAA Division I athlete she is accustomed to utilizing everyone’s strengths to work seamlessly as a team acknowledging that each member is integral to a successful outcome. Her greatest strength is helping everyone involved in a cycle to feel appreciated, respected and comfortable throughout the process and catering to the individuality of each case. As a highly organized individual Noelle has helped implement systems that will allow our company to continue to grow while still ensuring each cycle is given the personalized care and thought they each deserve.

Joy Ziegle

Cycle Coordinator

Joy has worked in the Customer Service field for over twenty years. She loves working with people who are unable to have children. She believes that everyone should know the “Joy” of having a family. Her goals are to make dreams come true for parents who desperately want a child and provide the best possible journey for the amazing women willing to help with their dream. Joy is married to the love of her life for 22 years with one son and two grandchildren she adores and loves to spend time with. Joy enjoys exploring the outdoors, making miracles in the kitchen and creating works of art with her sewing. When she isn’t at her office working hard for clients and surrogates, she is spending time with her family and friends.

Elaine Esparza

Donor Recruiter & Cycle Coordinator(Cancun)

Elaine has been involved with SBB Cancun since 2013. She helps find the perfect donor for our intended parents and then coordinates all cycles through retrieval. Additionally, she is in charge of hosting and transporting intended parents while in Cancun. Elaine is very focused and diligent in her coordination and hosting duties and can be a true fountain of knowledge for intended parents and donors alike!

Diana Aguilar

Cycle Coordinator – Mexico Program

Diana is 30 years old, she lives in Guadalajara and holds a degree in business. Diana is in charge of recruiting and giving all the follow-up care for donors and surrogates based in Mexico. Diana is the mother of one girl and I love the idea of being able to help other couples to form their families.

Diana is also the CEO of Ovodonors, an egg donor agency, and together with My Donor Cycle we want to make each match the best, most rewarding experience possible for our donors and our patients, to create families and bring joy all over the globe through proactive egg donor cycle management.

Dr. Jose Gaytan

Dr. Jose Gaytan graduated from Anahuac University in Mexico City as General Practitioner, later specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México UAEM. Continued to prepare, and continued with a Master’s Degree in Human Reproduction and Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of Valencia in Spain, and a sub-specialty of Human Reproduction was obtained in IVI, Valencia, Spain.

Dr. Jose Gaytan is a member of AMMR, AC, as well as the Asociación de Ginecología y Obstetricia del Estado de México, also belongs to the Consejo Mexicano de Especialistas en Ginecología y Obstetricia A.C., a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and an active member of the Colegio de Obstetricia y Ginecología de Quintana Roo. Dr. Gaytan, is a member of Red Latinoamericana de Reproducción Asistida.

Dr. Gaytan has attended several national and international meetings; both as an assistant and as a speaker. He was a pioneer in using PGD and Vitrification in México and especially Cancun, and has several relationships with centers of Reproduction all over the world. 90% of his patients are not Mexican. He has 13 years of experience, he has served more than 6000 patients, and he has assisted in creating many babies throughout his career.

Currently, Dr. Gaytan is working as Medical Director and CEO at Fertility Center Cancun, was previously founder, director, and partner of different clinics in Mexico.

Dr. Jose Gaytan has obtained recognition as Distinguished Visiting the Honorable XVII Constitutional City of Ensenada, Baja California for his brilliant career in Academics and Research for the benefit of Mexico.

Dr. Jose Gaytan has made several publications, including the Journal of Spanish and Infertility Society, authored the topic Assessment Infertile Couple and author of the paper entitled Preliminary Results: 10 Cases of Egg Donation IVF Devitrified using Conventional Insemination as the only method, within the 47th Annual Meeting – Reproductive Medicine, the Mexican Association of Reproductive Medicine, A. C.

 

Dr. Azul TorresDr. Azul Torres

Dr. Azul Estefanía Torres Rivera graduated as Medical Surgeon in the Anahuac University in Mexico City, where she was invited to study with full scholarship for obtaining first place in the contest of Mathematics – “Andrei Nikolaevich Kolmogorov”. She is a Member of Excellence Group “Vértice” Anahuac. She completed her internship at the Instituto Nacional de Perinatología (INPer) and the Instituto Nacional de Pediatría (INP) in Mexico City and the Hospital Virgen de la Macarena in the city of Seville in Andalusia, Spain.

In Mexico City she studied the courses “Mother Cells and Cell Therapy” and “Hyperbaric Medicine”, both endorsed by the Asociación Americana de Avances en Medicina Hiperbárica (ALAM) and the Asociación Americana de Medicina Hiperbárica (ALMH); meanwhile she acquired experience in occupational medicine, as she was responsible for the nationwide coordination of the Wellness program at Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget (SCA).

Later she made her certification as Diving Medical Physician (DMP) in a course endorsed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) in the City of Seattle WA, USA. Simultaneously she became involved in medical tourism, focusing on Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine as she developed as DMP in SSS International Clinic, on the island of Cozumel in Quintana Roo, Mexico.

In 2014 she become a member of the team of Fertility Center Cancun as Cycle Coordinator fully venturing in the Medical Tourism field becoming part of and developing a new national and international program.

Kristen E. B. Michael B. Grant graduated from Providence College earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy and graduated from Suffolk University School of Law located in Boston, Massachusetts. He is an attorney admitted to practice in the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Michael served as a judicial law clerk to United States Magistrate Judge Jacob Hagopian, United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, and for Justice Joseph R. Weisberger, Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.

In 1990, Michael personally attempted to become a parent through surrogacy with the assistance of a gestational carrier. Following two unsuccessful embryo transfers, Michael, in 1992, achieved parenthood in adopting his twin boys domestically. Michael has personally experienced the emotional and sensitive issues involved in attempting to become a parent through surrogacy and adoption.

SURROGACY EXPERIENCE
Since 1991, Michael has assisted countless individuals and couples achieve parenthood through surrogacy. Michael has represented clients in drafting legal agreements to be executed with traditional surrogates (using the surrogate’s egg) and gestational carriers (using embryos produced from the genetic material of the intended parents or with the assistance of an egg donor). Michael has extensive experience in reviewing and evaluating health insurance policy issues relative to coverage for prenatal care and delivery services to surrogates/gestational carriers. Michael has also obtained pre-birth parentage orders in Rhode Island and Massachusetts where the parent(s), including same sex partners, utilized their own genetic embryos or embryos produced with the assistance of an egg donor.

Since 2002, Michael has represented parties engaged in egg, sperm and embryo donations. Michael’s experience involves the drafting and negotiation of legal agreements involving these types of donations, and he has provided representation in over 1000 arrangements.
